The Asian Law Students Association (ALSA) is a non-political, non-profit association that aims to connects law students from the corners of Asia. As an organization that includes 17 National Chapters, ALSA has been a melting pot for various cultures throughout Asia since its founding over 30 years ago. With the sheer number of national chapters that joined ALSA, the organization has connected around 12,000 students Asia-wide.
ALSA Vietnam was recognized as an official member of ALSA in August 2012 at the ALSA Forum in Bangkok, Thailand. During its operation, ALSA Vietnam has achieved certain successes. ALSA Vietnam was established with the mission of building a large networking network between Vietnamese law students and international law students from ALSA country members. Up to now, ALSA Vietnam has so far expanded its activities in both the North and the South of the country with 2 Local Chapters, including: ALSA Vietnam – Local Chapter Hanoi and ALSA Vietnam – Local Chapter Ho Chi Minh City.
